Infinity Developments is seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company websites across our diverse business verticals, including real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment. Your primary responsibility will be to create responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that effectively support lead generation, enhance marketing campaigns, and contribute to overall business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update company websites and dedicated landing pages.
• Build and customize websites using popular CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, as well as other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all websites are fully mobile-responsive, secure, and optimized for maximum speed and performance.
• Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Integrate websites with essential systems like CRM platforms, lead capture forms, booking engines, payment gateways, and various third-party applications.
• Manage website hosting, domain configurations, regular backups, and critical security updates.
• Implement and configure tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel for data analysis and campaign tracking.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure optimal website functionality and uptime.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a closely related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in website development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• WordPress
• Shopify
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic PHP and MySQL
• Experience with website hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
• A solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated experience integrating forms, CRM systems, and various third-party tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience developing websites for real estate, hospitality, or construction companies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or similar.
• Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier is a plus.
• Basic graphic design or UI/UX knowledge is advantageous.
