Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and lead the project’s risk and change management function from inception to completion.
- Ensure complete alignment of risk and change processes with the Client’s governance frameworks and delivery objectives.
- Facilitate risk identification workshops, risk reviews, and opportunity assessments with key project stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Establish, update, and continuously improve the project risk register, ensuring all risks and opportunities are appropriately identified, assessed, monitored, and reported.
- Develop and implement robust change control procedures to manage scope variations, assessing their impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
- Provide regular, high-quality risk and change management reports to project directors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Risk Manager, Change Manager, or Project Controls Manager within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Prior experience working on large-scale, complex projects, with a strong preference for Data Centre or high-tech industrial facility construction.
- Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methodologies and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Groningen, Netherlands.
