Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage multiple workstreams related to liquidity regulatory reporting (LCR, NSFR, ILAAP, Asset Encumbrance, AMM).
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
  • Track progress, manage risks, identify dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Finance, Data, Technology, and regional teams (US, UK, APAC, etc.).
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead initiatives focused on data quality, reconciliation, and validation frameworks.
  • Coordinate the resolution of data issues impacting regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to audit standards.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, preparing steering committee decks, MIS, KPIs, and status reports.
  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) diligently.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Business Analyst roles.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects within Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Banking.
  • Solid understanding of project governance, planning, and reporting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with liquidity reporting and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
  • Understanding of data flows, reconciliation, and data quality concepts.
  • Strong ownership, execution mindset, and structured problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (highly preferred).
