- Provide expert advice to clients on travel options, destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other booking tools efficiently to create and modify itineraries.
- Address client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and best practices in corporate travel management.
- Prepare travel reports and manage client accounts as required.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and meet client expectations.
- Offer personalized travel solutions tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and corporate booking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
