About the Role: Executive – HR at Larsen & Toubro

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing and Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers. Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and support at each stage of the process.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain talent communities for critical and recurring roles. This includes engaging with candidates through various touchpoints to keep them informed about future opportunities.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate closely with the HR team to drive initiatives that strengthen Larsen & Toubro’s employer brand. This may involve participating in social media campaigns, career fairs, and university partnerships to attract top talent.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate. Analyze this data to identify trends, optimize recruitment processes, and provide regular reports to management.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure inclusive recruitment practices are followed throughout the hiring process.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment function.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
