Job Overview
Mars is looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) F/M/X to join our team in France. Operating from our unique campus which hosts international headquarters, research laboratories, and manufacturing facilities, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sustainable performance of the Business Unit and take full responsibility for P&L and NCFO delivery through the S&OP+ cycle.
- Partner with the French leadership team to build and execute corporate strategy and drive operational effectiveness.
- Directly lead the S&F French team (team of 12) and act as our S&F Capability Champion.
- Manage structural costs, ensure a fit-for-future organizational structure, and handle local work council communications.
- Collaborate with the European CFO on regional strategy deployment and ad hoc projects.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English and mandatory French proficiency.
- 12+ years of experience as a Finance Leader with a strong background in strategic co-piloting and financial control.
- Proven skills in change management, analytical acumen, and cross-functional influencing.
