Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
- Communicate regularly with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians.
- Verify adequate investigator qualifications, training, and resources including laboratories and equipment.
- Perform medical record and research source documentation verification against case report form data.
- Verify that investigators are enrolling only eligible subjects and review regulatory documents.
- Maintain drug/device accountability and inventory, reviewing adverse events and concomitant medications.
- Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing significant findings and recommended actions.
- Collaborate closely with international internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Health or Life Science related field.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60-70% nationally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (mandatory).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
