- Candidates must possess a B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc (Engineering), or a 5-year integrated M.Tech degree.
- A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the six notified engineering disciplines is mandatory.
- The degree must be from a university recognized by AICTE/UGC and completed through a full-time, regular on-campus course.
- A valid GATE score from 2024, 2025, or 2026 in the relevant discipline is required.
- Shortlisting based on GATE 2024/2025/2026 scores.
- Personal Interview (Weightage: 100% for final selection).
