Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical data reviews using EDC systems and data review tools.
- Manage data queries and coordinate with clinical sites and internal stakeholders.
- Perform CRF freeze and lock activities, validating data completeness and accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor-supplied data ensuring alignment with EDC data and source documentation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDC listings, screens, and edit checks.
- Maintain comprehensive study documentation within eTMF and Veeva Vault systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution and data quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems such as Medidata RAVE and Oracle Clinical.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and 21 CFR Part 11.
