Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for accurate planning, operational feasibility, and oversight of trial preparation timelines.
- Support the development of trial-level documents owned by functions such as Statistics, Data Management, and Medical Writing.
- Develop and implement trial-level engagement plans, recruitment strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Ensure continuous compliance with SOPs, GCP, and global/local regulatory standards throughout trial conduct.
- Coordinate vendor services oversight including Central Laboratories and ensure timely archiving of trial master file (TMF) documents.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant scientific or medical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of active experience in clinical trial management.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
