Parexel is looking for a dedicated and expert Medical Director specializing in Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry within our Functional Service Provider (FSP) division. In this vital role, you will act as a medical expert with specialized therapeutic competence, guiding early engagement, pre-award efforts, and serving as a medical monitor for contracted projects.

  • Serve as Global Clinical Lead and medical monitor for one or more clinical trials.
  • Directly contribute to the authorship of protocols, clinical study reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Provide rigorous medical review of clinical trial data and monitor patient safety continuously.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, clinical operations, and external partners.
  • Mentor junior medical doctors and participate in strategic indication prioritization discussions.
