As a part of the global Project Leadership group at Parexel, you are responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical trials and help bring life-changing treatments to market faster. You collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for improving patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and strategic leadership to global project teams managing day-to-day clinical trial operations.
- Ensure project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, financial management, and risk management across all phases of clinical development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for biotech clients, fostering strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with clinical monitoring, data operations, biostatistics, regulatory, and medical teams.
- Manage the end-to-end clinical development process through regulatory submission activities.
Required Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate degree in a clinical, life science, or health-related field; Master’s, PhD, or PharmD preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct experience leading Global Clinical Trials as a Project Manager within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company.
- Proven expertise in managing global studies focused on Neurology, Psychiatry, or Rare Disease therapeutic areas.
- In-depth experience in project scheduling, resource planning, risk assessment, budget containment, and vendor coordination.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, computer, and strategic communication skills.
