Job Overview

  • As a Project Manager for the Early Phase Unit in Berlin, you will lead Parexel and Sponsor teams by combining deep clinical research experience with project management acumen.
  • Accountable for the successful execution of Phase I and II projects on time, within budget, and compliant with ICH and GCP guidelines.
  • Initiate, plan, manage, and close out projects across departments of the EPCU Berlin, including external vendors.
  • Own sponsor relationships, manage communications, and act as the central point of contact for functional teams.
  • Conduct continuous reporting, project progress updates, and lead regular team meetings.
  • Manage budgets, service inquiries, contract negotiations with sponsors and vendors, tracking, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), contract terms, and system requirements.
  • Oversee project-specific training setup within Parexel systems.
