We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Health Technologies Specialist to join our office in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day digital tool and technology support, collaborating with vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
- Monitor compliance for assigned digital health technology studies and escalate issues to management.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, planning, execution, and oversight.
- Research copyright holders and establish licensing requirements for clinical outcome assessment (COA) instruments.
- Secure necessary permissions and license agreements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- Track and communicate licensing status as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
- Review and coordinate payment of licensing invoices with internal finance functions.
- Support end-to-end translation and localization processes for international studies.
- Maintain and update databases of license holders and agreements.
- Participate in SOP revisions and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical research, study operations, or digital health technology support.
- General knowledge of systems development processes and digital tool implementation.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
