Job Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Asset Management Consultant to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with travel expected within the MEA region. This role is crucial for delivering advanced asset management consultancy and engineering services to our clients.
As an Asset Management Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the development and execution of asset management projects. This includes crafting and implementing asset management policies, procedures, and standards. You will guide clients in defining their lifecycle strategies, managing asset inventory, analyzing asset data, and generating comprehensive asset reports. A key aspect of this role involves developing outreach materials and project delivery documents related to asset management.
Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing various services such as asset management system deployment, supporting inspection and asset inventory activities, and implementing asset performance metrics. You will play a vital role in digital implementation initiatives and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data. This analysis will inform proposals for improved asset management activities and the development of mid-term capital and operational plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering-related field, coupled with 10 to 15 years of successful experience in asset management, business consulting, infrastructure, or technology-driven advisory roles. A strong working knowledge and proven delivery experience with ISO 55000 systems are essential. Expertise in digital asset management, including the implementation of asset information systems, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and digital twins, is highly desirable. Familiarity with predictive and condition-based maintenance approaches using digital and sensor data is also a plus.
We are looking for a candidate with specific experience within critical infrastructure, mobility, or building markets. Proficiency in professional-level written and spoken English is a requirement. Excellent project management and communication skills are paramount, along with a proven capability to support multiple projects simultaneously. Established knowledge and experience in implementing a broad range of Asset Management activities are expected.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills are critical, including experience in facilitating workshops, delivering impactful presentations, and building client capability in asset management. The candidate should be confident in public speaking at conferences and events and experienced in preparing thought leadership articles for marketing purposes.
