As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients through their Microsoft 365 journey and helping them unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for Microsoft 365 solutions, strategy, and governance.
- Deliver structured consulting engagements, technical assessments, and interactive workshops.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Lead enablement and optimization initiatives across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Support Copilot readiness, deployment, security alignment, and value realization.
- Provide expert guidance on industry best practices, governance frameworks, and tenant optimization.
- Develop and implement Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategies to maximize user engagement.
- Support client training, communication planning, and adoption metrics measurement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Microsoft 365 Consultant in a client-facing, advisory role.
- Strong technical expertise across the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience delivering M365 enablement, migration, and adoption programs.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot enablement and readiness frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Adoption & Change Management (ACM) methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
