Key Responsibilities
- Build, inspire, and grow a high-performance, diverse team of analytics engineers with an inclusive culture.
- Develop best practices for instrumentation and experimentation and communicate those to product engineering teams.
- Build and prototype AI tools and analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and iteration while applying judgment and verification for correctness.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working with data in a fast-paced environment, including managing engineers.
- Fluency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python or R.
- Experience conducting workflow orchestration and ETL/ELT with large, complex datasets and DAG dependencies.
- Proven track record of supplying analytics solutions and scoping open-ended goals into impactful objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow speed and quality with critical verification.
- High integrity and ownership in protecting sensitive data and maintaining accountability.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
