- Organize billing charge codes by shipment and assign charge code numbers to goods invoices.
- Provide cross-departmental phone assistance, including calling FedEx to request and verify credit.
- Run weekly quality checks on captured OCR data.
- Engage, process, and finish operational invoicing CCP reports with minimal oversight.
