Reporting to the Sr. Global Payroll Manager, this role will help to drive major strategic initiatives—including Workday enhancements and global payroll vendor implementations—to build scalable, best-in-class operational processes. The role partners closely with Payroll Vendors and internal teams across People, Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Equity, and Internal Audit to deliver accurate, timely, compliant, and employee-centered payroll outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries.
- Lead the payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries.
- Partner with local in-country payroll providers to maintain strict adherence to regional pay schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex data analysis.
- Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, and international labor laws.
