Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive audit engagements and review the work of junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support engagement managers in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.
- Act as the primary client contact during audit assignments, resolving queries and managing expectations professionally.
- Develop tailored audit procedures, review financial evidence, and ensure proper, systematic documentation of all findings.
- Provide continuous guidance, constructive feedback, and on-the-job training to junior staff members.
- Ensure timely completion of all audit phases in compliance with international audit standards and RSM methodologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related financial discipline.
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3.5 years of progressive audit experience in a reputable professional services or accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and modern financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience working with CaseWare audit software is highly preferred.
