Role Overview:
Reporting to the French Human Resources Directorate, you will serve as the primary HR partner for managers and employees within your designated scope. This role is crucial for driving HR excellence and supporting the business’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Act as the privileged HR partner for managers and employees, providing strategic and operational guidance on all HR matters. Advise managers on team leadership, HR decisions, organizational changes, and daily challenges, ensuring a balance between human capital, business objectives, and social compliance.
- Full-Cycle HR Management: Lead and manage all HR processes for your population, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, compensation, mobility, training, professional interviews, performance campaigns, and career path support.
- Employee Support & Engagement: Maintain close contact with employees, fostering listening, dialogue, engagement, and clear understanding of current HR policies and procedures.
- Legal & Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, applicable regulations, and the company’s HR policy. Support individual employee situations, disciplinary matters, and social issues, liaising with the HR Directorate and external counsel when necessary.
- HR Project Contribution: Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on talent development, supporting organizational transformations, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Travel: Regular travel (with overnight stays) within your scope is expected.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources, Social Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within an industrial and multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in French labor law, HR processes, and HRIS tools.
- Confirmed English language skills.
