Key Responsibilities
- Engage internal stakeholders (Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Risk, Business leaders) to drive contracts efficiently through engagement processes.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Sourcing teams to improve collaboration and reduce risk.
- Manage pre-assigned engagements within our Contract Lifecycle Management system (Agiloft).
- Analyze internal data and pull reporting to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
- Support user inquiries related to contracting and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in formulating and reviewing end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Degree in Law or a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence capability.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office products, and contract analysis.
- Demonstrated history of tackling challenging projects and producing results.
