Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and grow a team of engineers by hiring, coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for professional development.

- 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience leading teams that build platforms, frameworks, infrastructure, or internal tools used by other engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to define technical strategy, guide architecture decisions, and translate ambiguous goals into clear execution plans.
- Proven success hiring, coaching, and developing engineers while fostering an inclusive, challenging, and supportive work environment.
- Ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, communicate clearly, and navigate difficult tradeoffs.
