Key Responsibilities
- Partner with F&S and Business Leaders to drive the long-term success of Stripe.
- Coach, mentor, and oversee a team of small analysts.
- Work cross-functionally to identify important strategy questions and answer them with data.
- Build financial forecasts, targets, track performance, and understand deviations from actuals.

- Ability to retain a defined individual-contributor portfolio alongside management (~50% IC, 50% Manager).
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills with ability to automate recurring analyses.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
