Key Responsibilities
- Set the team’s SOKRs, portfolio priorities, work plans, and success measures in partnership with Stripe leadership.
- Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of program managers operating in ambiguous environments.
- Directly lead the design, launch, and lifecycle management of centrally staffed P0 and P1 competitor programs.
- Build and continuously improve the program-management layer of Stripe’s competitive operating system including playbooks and escalation mechanisms.
- Partner closely with Market Intelligence to translate competitive and deal signals into prioritized program actions.
- Create clear, decision-oriented updates for senior leadership on program health, competitive risks, and outcomes.
- Lead the identification and operationalization of cultural changes centered around competitive execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or related commercial disciplines.
- 2+ years of people-management experience including setting team objectives and coaching individual contributors.
- Demonstrated success leading complex and ambiguous cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution.
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to assess program health and guide prioritization.
