What You’ll Do
We are seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial leaders to spearhead our strategy for scaling the Core Payments team, enhancing operational workflows, and maintaining a premier Operations program. Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive, end-to-end product launches across multiple regions as an integrated program.
• Develop and maintain detailed launch plans that serve as the central coordination point for globally distributed, highly cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Go-to-Market, cross-functional review bodies, Support, and other key partners.
• Drive operational excellence throughout the product launch lifecycle by designing, improving, and implementing scalable processes that strengthen stakeholder coordination, clarify dependencies, maintain alignment, and support consistent execution across regions.
• Monitor and report on progress through bi-weekly status updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparent documentation throughout the process.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by identifying and documenting team responsibilities for product launches, proactively communicating blockers, and providing transparent status updates and relevant documentation, such as product launch Gantt charts, program plans, and scope details.
• Define and improve operating rhythms that foster efficient collaboration across teams. Manage operational cadences for product launches and business reviews, and track Stripe Objectives and Key Results (SOKRs).
• Establish scalable launch frameworks and operational structures designed to simplify execution, improve cross-functional alignment, and support efficient multi-region product rollouts.

Minimum Requirements

• Over 7 years of total professional work experience.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in program management, consulting, or a comparable role within a high-growth technology company, with a significant focus on managing strategic product initiatives from inception to implementation.
• A demonstrated track record in process and project management, including the creation of operational processes, leadership of product roadmap reviews, and design of scalable systems in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of products and features.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and executing complex projects while fostering collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, encompassing high-level planning and ongoing communication to align project goals with operational strategies.
• The ability to clearly and persuasively present ideas, product updates, and roadmaps to a variety of stakeholders, including executives, to build alignment and understanding of project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in program management, consulting, or a similar role within the payments or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with roadmap management tools and planning frameworks, and knowledge of their effective application to project management.
• The capacity to understand the company’s strategic goals and align the product roadmap accordingly.
• Skill in assisting stakeholders with prioritizing product features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and resource availability.
• A profound understanding of global markets and the ability to contextualize decisions and processes to accommodate regional nuances.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and change-management strategies to effectively scale operations.
