Job Overview

You will work across People Products, People Insights, Employee Relations, and People Partners to design operationally durable programs aligned with Stripe’s future needs. Bringing a product mindset, you will utilize data-driven problem statements, qualitative and quantitative signals, and iterative design processes to create seamless employee journeys.
- Drive and scale Stripe’s performance philosophy and practices globally.
- Evolve performance and talent tooling by translating program needs into scalable systems and user journeys.
- Strengthen career growth, talent planning, succession, and organizational insights.
- Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams, build global stakeholder alignment, and unblock critical decisions quickly.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Demonstrated success leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities, including augmenting workflows and processes using modern AI tools.
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and establish clear decision-making mechanisms.
- Disciplined approach to problem solving rooted in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
