Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Revenue Team external customer email and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Onboard customers to Twilio’s internal billing system and Financial ERP system.
- Gather and format large raw data sets to assist with customer billing reporting and queries.
- Participate in month-end close, including tracking recurring billing, approvals, and customer credits.
- Analyze revenue-related balance sheet accounts and handle ad hoc customer financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes surrounding revenue and invoicing.
- Participate in internal and external audits as requested.
- Independently investigate customer billing issues using internal resources, Slack channels, and historical cases.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to resolve root problems and meet team SLAs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Billings, Revenue, or Order to Cash domains.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Oracle, Zuora, and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Solid experience working with large volume transactions with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel user capable of handling very large raw data sets using pivots and VLOOKUPs.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an Operations role.
- Availability to work periodically on weekends.
- Third-level qualification in Accountancy, Finance, or a Business-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in both Spanish and English languages.
