Vendor Performance Manager, APAC – Airbnb Recruitment 2026

As a Vendor Performance Manager for the APAC region, you will be the primary operational owner for strategic vendor relationships critical to scaling and managing the Homes program.

You will ensure vendors meet and exceed performance expectations, drive continuous performance improvement, and maintain strict adherence to Airbnb’s quality standards. This role requires analytical rigor, sales skills, and operational excellence within a global vendor network.

• Own end-to-end performance of key operational vendors, developing and tracking critical metrics related to quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor data to identify root causes of performance gaps and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Establish scalable operations for new initiatives and partner with planning teams to align vendor capacity with business forecasts.
• Lead strategic business reviews with vendor partners, driving accountability and documenting clear action plans for growth.
• Ensure strict vendor compliance with contractual agreements, security requirements, and policy updates.
• Serve as the operational liaison between vendors and internal teams including Product, Legal, Finance, and Training.
