Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor daily manufacturing progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays, proposing proactive solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive planning reports, including capacity utilization, production efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate engineering change orders (ECOs) into active production plans.
- Assist in implementing Lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization on the shop floor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
