- Consulting Execution: Act as an ambassador for Wipro’s tenets and values. You will serve as a Consulting Project Manager or equivalent, managing teams of consultants and work streams. You will be responsible for quality-assuring other projects and programs, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a client-focused and tenacious approach to solving complex client issues. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, extracting critical information through advanced facilitation and communication skills, and securing excellent feedback.
- Business Development: Ensure high levels of individual utilization in line with practice goals. You will sell laterally and vertically, identifying leads and converting them into concrete opportunities and proposals. You will build and maintain an effective network of client contacts at the buying level.
- Thought Leadership: Develop deep insights and points of view regarding chosen industry and technology trends. You will share these insights with the wider practice and Global Consulting Group (GCG) through various channels, writing up assignment case studies to support future sales.
- Practice Contribution: Deliver all internal administrative tasks (timesheets, appraisals, expenses) in a timely manner. You will promote the reuse of intellectual property (IP) and knowledge assets, propose new service offerings, and mentor junior consultants to curtail talent attrition.
